Birthparent Program

Are you a birth mother or birth father facing an unexpected pregnancy? We know you have some life-changing decisions to make for you and your baby. If you choose an alternative parenting plan that includes adoption, we can work to facilitate an open adoption with a loving, Christian family. This way, you can be assured that your child will receive the nurturing upbringing that you want them to have.

We can help you:

Understand what an alternative parenting plan can look like for you and your child

Select just the right family

Accompany you when you meet your chosen family

Support you through hospital check-up visits and the birth, if desired

Provide resources for ongoing counseling, support groups and other needs to ensure a successful outcome for you and your child

Special Delivery is a ministry partner of Antioch Adoptions and is a Christian ministry within our community focusing on meeting the needs of birth parents who are facing unexpected pregnancies. They can help you find the pregnancy and parenting resources you need within your community. If you choose to make an alternative parenting plan for your baby, they will connect you with Antioch Adoptions and we will help you find and get to know the adoptive parents of your choice. Antioch Adoptions will work to facilitate an open adoption and help you each step of the way. All services of Special Delivery and Antioch Adoptions are confidential and free of charge to you.

Care Net is also a ministry partner of Antioch Adoptions and their pregnancy centers offer hope to women facing unplanned pregnancies by providing practical help and emotional support. Free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, parenting classes, and material assistance are just some of the services offered. Care Net's trained staff can also connect you with us should you desire adoption for your child.
