Aren't orphanages only in Countries like the Former Soviet Union? There may not be orphanages in the U.S. anymore, but there are orphans. These children are in temporary living situations we call foster care. Over 135,000 children in the U.S. today are legally free to be adopted. They sit, waiting and hoping, to someday be a part of a family they can call their own - forever.
Maybe you have heard the call, maybe your heart is open to seek more information about adoption, or maybe you want to contribute either financially or through a gift of time. Our philosophy of not charging fees to adoptive parents means that we have to cover the costs of the adoption process. We believe children should not have a price - they are not commodities. Therefore, we must rely completely on the generosity of private parties, such as yourself, to support our ministry and make family a reality for every child. Won't you help us give these children the family they deserve?
We have many ways for you to contribute to our ministry. You may use cash, check, or credit card. You can click on our "Make a Donation" button to be connected to our secure server site that will process credit card donations online. Or you can call our office at 425-558-0921 to setup your card directly. Gifts can be one time or you can create an ongoing pledge amount to be paid monthly or quarterly.
Ask your company about matching gifts. Your company may match an employee's donation dollar for dollar, which doubles the money our organization receives. Some will not only match an employee’s financial gift dollar for dollar, but if the employee volunteers for a certain number of hours the company will also donate a matching amount in cash. Please ask your Human Resources department if they have either of these matching programs.
Many companies will award grant monies to non-profits based on recommendations by their employees (i.e.): a community service award. Find out what kind philanthropic efforts your company participates in.
All gifts are appreciated greatly. We could not do what we do without your help.
Make a radical difference in the life of a child!
