Typically, 3-6 weeks are allotted for the home visits and 3-6 weeks for the homestudy to be written. After your homestudy is complete your child placement coordinator will begin searching for the forever child the Lord has in mind for you. Please remember God’s timing is perfect and can never be rushed. Some have adopted immediately after homestudy completion others have waited.
